PDF Page Organizer: Rotate, Delete and Reorder PDF Pages

A PDF that opens the wrong way up, has a blank page in the middle, or puts the signature page last is annoying to fix with a desktop editor you do not own. The PDF Page Organizer handles the three most common repairs in one pass: rotate, delete and reorder.

What this tool fixes

  • Sideways or upside-down scans. Phone scanners often guess the orientation wrong, especially for documents with a mix of portrait and landscape pages.
  • Blank or duplicate pages. A double-sided scan can capture the back of a blank sheet, and a merge can leave duplicates behind.
  • Wrong page order. Page 5 belongs at the front? Drag it there instead of rebuilding the document.

How to use it

  1. Open the PDF Page Organizer and upload your PDF.
  2. Thumbnails of every page appear, so you can see what you are fixing.
  3. Rotate individual pages, or select several and rotate them together.
  4. Select unwanted pages and delete them.
  5. Drag thumbnails until the order is right.
  6. Save and download the new PDF.

Your original file is never modified. The tool builds a new PDF for download, so you can always go back to the source if something looks wrong.

Rotating without losing quality

Rotation changes how a page is displayed; it does not redraw the content. That means text and images keep their original resolution. If only one page is wrong, rotate that page rather than the whole document.

Deleting pages carefully

When you delete a page, check anything that refers to it:

  • The table of contents and bookmarks may still point to the removed page.
  • Page numbers printed in the footer will no longer match the new page count.
  • A contract may refer to an appendix by page number.

If the document is a final deliverable, review the result before sending it.

Reordering pages

Drag and drop is the quickest way to fix order. Work from the first page to the last so you do not miss a thumbnail, and confirm the final page count before downloading. For long documents, it helps to note the intended order first rather than shuffling pages repeatedly.

A quick post-cleanup step

Large scanned PDFs are often much bigger than they need to be. After organising the pages, run the result through the Compress PDF tool to bring the file size down without touching the text.

Frequently asked questions

Does the organizer change my original file? No. It creates a new PDF for download and leaves the uploaded file untouched.

Will rotating pages reduce quality? No. Rotation does not recompress the page content.

Can I rotate all pages at once? Yes. Select every page and rotate them together.

Does it work on a phone? Yes, though dragging many thumbnails is easier on a larger screen.

Is it free? Yes. No signup and no watermark.
