New 58+ tools are now available — built to keep your workflow moving.

Merge PDF

Combine several PDFs into one document, in exactly the order you choose, and download it as a single file.

This browser cannot reorder the selection, so the files are merged in the order you picked them.

Pages keep their original size, orientation and rotation. Bookmarks, form fields and annotations are not carried into the merged file. Your PDFs are uploaded to be merged and the temporary copies are deleted straight after.

Choose a file first — Run stays disabled until the file is selected.

File ready — press Run to start.

Merge PDF Online

Combine several PDFs into one document, in exactly the order you choose, and download it as a single file.

Combine PDFs into a Single Document

Gather separate PDFs — a report here, an appendix there, scanned pages from a printer — into one file that opens as a single document. Nothing is re-rendered, so the pages look exactly as they did in the originals.

How to Use

Click the upload area to add your PDFs (or drag them onto it), then use the arrows beside each file to put them in the order you want. Press Run and download the finished document. Every page of every file is included, in the order shown above.

Order Matters

The merged file follows the list exactly as displayed, top to bottom. Reorder it with the move arrows before you run the merge, and check the order in the result summary afterwards — the merged file is built in the same sequence, so there are no surprises later.

Mixed Page Sizes

There is no need to make your files match first. Each page keeps its own width, height, orientation and rotation, so a landscape page sitting next to portrait ones stays landscape in the merged document. The result is one file with slightly different page shapes rather than one uniform page size.

What Is Not Carried Over

Bookmarks, table of contents links, interactive form fields, annotations and embedded attachments belong to the original files and are not copied into the merged document. Page content itself is preserved. If a merged file loses a form, extract that page on its own and send it separately.

Combining Many Files

Up to 20 PDFs can be merged in one go. A large batch is usually tidier in two passes — merge the first half, then merge the result into the second — which keeps each step quick and easy to verify.

Privacy & Security

Your files are uploaded to our server only to build the merged document and are deleted after processing. Download links expire automatically and nothing is shared or stored long-term.

Frequently asked questions

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

Up to 20 files, with a combined limit of 500 pages across everything you select.

Can I choose the order of the pages?

Yes. The files are merged in the order shown in the upload list, and you can rearrange that list before you run the merge.

Do different page sizes cause problems?

No. Each page keeps its own size, orientation and rotation, so portrait and landscape pages can be combined freely.

Are the page contents changed?

No. Pages are copied across as they are, without being re-rendered, so the merged document looks identical to the originals.

What happens to bookmarks and form fields?

They are not carried over into the merged file. Page content is preserved, but interactive elements such as bookmarks, form fields and annotations stay in the original files.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

Temporarily, yes — the pages have to be combined somewhere. The working files are deleted after processing and download links expire automatically.
